All our work focuses on the Global Control of Production, our fundamental pillar. We are confident of offering a product with the best qualities because we control all phases of the production process.

Race
We take care of the product at the source, which means that we carefully select our pigs.
We are pioneers in the use of innovative animal selection systems developed by a team of professionals with extensive experience in the sector.

Feeding
We prioritize our animals' diet, carefully controlling how the feed -wich we make ourselves- is produced.
All our pigs are fed with only 100% natural raw ingredients.

Animal welfare
We have more than 20 own farms scattered throughout Spain, which allows us to ensure that our animals receive the best care.
For us it is very important the feeding of our animals, their necessary comfort, to take care of their health and to provide them the necessary rest and mobility areas.

Production
To complete the process, all our products are made and cured in Salamanca.
It is the perfect place with conditions and facilities that guarantee the finest quality in each and every piece.

Distribution
Finally, from Salamanca, we manage and prepare all the orders of our clients that are enjoyed both in the national and international market.
Therefore, we have become one of the leading producers of Iberico pork in Spain.
