The Iberian pluma is a meat of great quality and excellent texture. It is a fibrous cut of great flavor and with the perfect balance of infiltrated fat. The result is a tender and juicy meat.

An exquisite piece, about 150 grs. of weight that comes from the front part of the loin and that for its consumption does not require many condiments, but that lends itself to very varied recipes.

The most characteristic feature of the Iberian pluma is its intense flavor and the tenderness of its meat, thanks to the fact that it enjoys a high percentage of infiltrated fat. In addition, it has high levels of oleic acid beneficial for health.
