The Iberian panceta is a piece formed mainly by the fat of the Iberian pig and a high part of lean. It is a panceta of excellent quality for its organoleptic qualities.

Iberian panceta is understood to be the piece of quadrangular morphology, eminently fat, although the cutaneous muscle of the trunk is packaged between the two sheets and the fatty tissue.

It is located in the belly of the pig.
