It is the product made with one of the noblest parts of the Iberian pork. Very tasty and soft for being a meat very close to the backbone and ribs. Once salted and marinated with the exquisite original paprika, each whole loin is stuffed one by one in natural casing to later be cured slowly in the dryer for more than three months.
The good work of the specialists of the region of Guijuelo in Salamanca with a centennial tradition, make this product an exquisite delicacy. The characteristics that make the IBERMOSO Iberian loin a special product is that it has an extraordinary marbling, which gives it a great juiciness and the exclusive feeding of the animals gives them a fat that is soft and shiny.
