We have been working and striving for many years to care for and guarantee the animal welfare of all our Iberian pigs. Among other things, we prioritize the nutrition of our animals, guaranteeing that all our pigs are fed only with 100% natural raw materials.
After a careful curing process, we obtain tasty Ibérico hams, with the right level of infiltrated fat and very healthy for its high oleic acid level.
